The look, feel and user experience of InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort’s site needed to match the high-end service of the resort.

The previous site had a poor mobile performance and as the majority of their users were mobile users, a mobile-first approach was used in the design.

Based on user research and testing, the website needed to be user-centred, useful and accessible and we needed to reduce complexity for site administrators. The booking functionality was also important to create a seamless booking experience.  

The end result was a high-end, clean and functional looking website which is easy to administer.
